Karan Johar’s colourful romantic drama ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ made a mark at the awards, winning Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment and Best Choreography for the energetic track ‘Dhindhora Baje Re’. Kajol, who has known Karan for decades, couldn’t hold back her joy.Sharing her excitement on Instagram, she wrote, “Wholesome entertainment has your name written all over it! Congratulations.”
SRK wins Best Actor for ‘Jawan’
Shah Rukh Khan bagged a major honour with the Best Actor award for his performance in ‘Jawan’, marking a huge moment in his career, his first-ever National Film Award. Kajol, who has starred opposite SRK in several iconic films, kept her message to the point but powerful, “Congratulations on your big win.”

National Film Awards honours the best
The 71st National Film Awards were announced in New Delhi by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The awards celebrated the finest work in Indian cinema from the year 2023.
