Recently, as well, when a fan tried to take a selfie with Jaya Bachchan outside Parliament, she was taken by surprise. She pushed the person and lashed out at him. This behaviour made her receive heavy criticism, and now ‘Shaktimaan’ fame Mukesh Khanna has also called out Jaya Bachchan.“Aj kal jo rajyad sabha me unko behaviour dikh rha hai, jo unka journalists k sath, kya bolte hai ap, paprazi ke sath, ‘kon hai ap? Kya kare rhe ap? Kya chahiye apko?’ galat hai.” (Her behaviour in the Parliament, with the journalists, paparazzi, saying who are you, what are you doing, what do you want, this is wrong), said Mukesh Khanna while speaking to FilmyGyan.He added, “Aap inke liye jee rahe ho.” (You are living for them). He then cited Amreesh Puri and Dilip Kumar, and how they used to speak to the shutterbugs. “Dilip sahab used to ask ‘who is sitting behind the camera,’ but that was because he had trouble with that, but the way she talks in Rajya Sabha,” he said, expressing his discontentment.“I feel she is either upset with something at home, but the arguments she gives I don’t like them,” he said before adding and asking why else would an actress who is so talented, have given movies like ‘Mili’ and ‘Abhimaan,’ would indulge in such behaviour.
Kangana Ranaut and Ashoke Pandit slam Jaya Bachchan
Mukesh Khanna is not the only one who disapproved of her behaviour. Bollywood’s ‘Queen’ Kangana Ranaut recently took to her social media story and wrote, “Most spoilt and privileged woman. People put up with her tantrums/nonsense just because she is Amitabh Bachchan ji’s wife. That Samajwadi topi looks like a rooster comb, while she looks like a fighting cock!! Such disgrace and shame.”On the other hand, filmmaker Ashoke Pandit also took to his Instagram and described her act as “highly condemnable” and showed “humiliation towards people who have elected her to serve them.”He concluded by saying, “A public servant can’t afford to be sulking and irritated 24×7. One expects humility and compassion from an artist of her calibre who has been loved by her fans, who are responsible for providing her this stature and position.”
