Amid resurfaced reports suggesting she filed a complaint against him during the 2021 controversy, the actress has set the record straight—denying any such legal action on her part.

When asked about her involvement in the Raj Kundra controversy and reports of her filing a complaint against him, Poonam clarified, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, that she never lodged any complaint.

When asked about the backlash and lewd remarks she received over claims of filing a complaint against Raj Kundra in the Bombay High Court, Poonam Pandey said the incident was vaguely familiar but clarified that it had no direct connection to her. She maintained that Raj comes from a good family and the controversy was unrelated to her, but things were unfairly linked.
Past Legal Dispute Over Content Use
Poonam Pandey and Raj Kundra were previously involved in a legal dispute stemming from claims of unauthorized use of her videos. Pandey alleged that Kundra’s company continued using her content after their contract ended and even leaked her personal number with messages soliciting explicit content, resulting in harassment. She further claimed she was pressured into signing a contract under duress. Kundra’s legal team, however, denied all allegations, stating that the content was created with full consent from all parties involved.The case prompted police investigations, resulting in Raj Kundra’s arrest in July 2021 for allegedly creating and distributing pornographic content through mobile apps. Maharashtra Cyber Police later filed a chargesheet accusing him of involvement in such activities. The Supreme Court granted anticipatory bail to Kundra, Poonam Pandey, and Sherlyn Chopra, directing them to cooperate with the probe. Pandey later described her association with Kundra as her “biggest mistake,” calling him a “fraud” and urging others to speak up. Kundra, however, continues to assert his innocence and remains out on bail.
