In the finale of Season 2, the fans saw Belly getting over (trying to) Conrad and focusing on a stable relationship with his younger brother, Jeremiah. While Conrad is absolutely devastated about the consequences, he has a tendency to reappear in Belly’s life. With unresolved feelings and a hope to start a different life, she has to make the life-altering choice. And with no surprise to anyone, the trailer gave a glimpse that she and Jeremiah want to get married.
